- Membership Agreement
Article 1. Objective

The objective of the Agreement is to define the terms and conditions, procedures, and responsibilities for using the KINTEX Homepage (hereinafter, the "Service") provided by KINTEX (hereinafter, the "Company") under the provisions of the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws.

Article 2. Validity and Revision of the Agreement

1. The Agreement shall enter into effect with a notice to the KINTEX Member (hereinafter, the "Member") provided through an Internet Service Menu or other method.
2. The Agreement can be revised within 7 days of the notice or for other special reasons.
3. By not accepting a revised Agreement, the Member can stop using the Service and discontinue or cancel membership, and the absence of any clear objection to the revision shall be regarded as acceptance of the revised Agreement, since the Member has been already notified that failure to indicate disagreement within 7 days off the enforcement date of the Agreement shall be regarded as acceptance of the Agreement.
4. The Member shall be responsible for familiarizing themselves with the revised Agreement, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the Member's lack of knowledge concerning the Agreement.

Article 3. Definition of Terms

1. Service: Various services provided through the KINTEX Homepage
2. Member: A person who has signed up for KINTEX Membership by accepting the Agreement on using the Service and the ID assigned
3. ID: An alphanumeric combination created by the Member and approved by the Company for member authentication and for the Member's use of the Service.
Password: An alphanumeric combination created by the Member for authenticating the Member by matching the ID approved by the company to the Password generated by the Member, for the purpose of the protection of privacy.

Article 4. Conclusion of the Agreement

1. When applying for the Service, the Member shall be regarded as agreeing to the Agreement by reading the Agreement and pressing the "Accept" button.
2. An Agreement shall be concluded when an Applicant makes an application for the Service by accepting the Agreement and the Company grants its approval off the application.
3. The approval as in the above clause (Article 4. 2) shall mean that the Member will be allowed to use the Service and other relevant systems provided by the Company, such as Key-Fair. However, the Member will undergo a further acceptance procedure when using each service for the first time.
4. In order to use the Service, the Member is obliged to provide certain mandatory information, and in the event that the information registered is not accurate, the Member shall not have the right to use the Service.
5. The ID assigned to the Member will be applicable in common to other relevant services provided by the Company as stated in Article 4. 3.

Article 5. Protection & Use of Member Information

1. The Company shall collect member information through lawful and just means and within the minimum extent necessary for concluding and executing the Agreement.
2. The Company shall establish and maintain a "Personal Information Protection Policy" to protect member information according to the relevant laws and regulations.
3. The Company's "Personal Information Protection Policy" shall not be applicable to other websites (websites not operated by the Company) linked to the Service.
4. The Company may provide member information at the request of administrative or investigative agencies according to the relevant laws.
5. The Company shall not be liable for any disclosure of member information attributable to the Member's lack of care or negligence.

Article 6. Personal Information Protection Policy

1. The Company shall be responsible for protecting personal information for the Member according to the relevant laws and the Company's " Personal Information Protection Policy", and the Member shall be responsible for maintaining the ID and Password.
2. The Company shall keep confidential any member information entered in the application form or presented through other procedures, or use it only for providing a better service or improving service levels, and member information shall not be transferable to a third party, whether an individual or an organization, for any other purposes.
3. In the event that the Company has to provide member information to a vendor for the purpose of providing a better service or improving service levels, the Member shall be informed in advance of the name of the vendor, the objective, and the contents, and the information shall be transferred only with the consent of the Member.
4. However there shall be an exception in the event that a government organization makes a request, or if it is necessary to verify a violation by the Member of any relevant laws and regulations, or of the Agreement itself.

Article 7. Use of the Service

1. KINTEX shall provide the following services to the Member.
¨ç Information on events
¨è Customized services
¨é Online services for facility lease
¨ê Research reports such as Service Industry Trends and Technical Reports
¨ë Access to the KINTEX Homepage and relevant systems
¨ì All the other services developed by KINTEX on its own or provided in association with other companies
2. The Member shall have the authority to gain access to the Service, but may be offered a limited service according to the authorization process.
3. The Member shall enjoy all the available services by using the ID issued at the time of membership application.

Article 8. Non-approval of Membership Application and Restrictions on Approval

1. The Company shall grant the authority to use the Service to applicants in order, provided that no business or technical restrictions exist.
2. The Company shall not grant an approval in the event that:
1) The application is made under another's name.
2) Fake documents are attached to the application.
3) The applicant is registered as a credit delinquent according to the law on credit information use and protection.
4) The application is made with intent to undermine social peace and order and public morals.
5) There are any other causes attributable to the applicant
3. The Company may delay an approval until the restriction is lifted if an application is made at a time when:
1) The Company has no spare facility.
2) There are any business or technical restrictions.
3) There is any other cause for the Company to withhold approval.
4. The Company shall notify the applicant of non-approval of membership, or approval restriction, when cases such as those specified in the above clauses (Article 8.2, 8.3) occur.
5. In the event that the applicant is a minor as defined in the relevant laws, the Company shall restrict the use of the Service according to the Company's service policy, and in the event that the applicant is a minor aged less than 14 years, an approval shall be granted only when the applicant's parent or legal representative gives their consent.

Article 9. Information Change

1. The Company can change a ID with the consent of the Member if:
1) The ID is based on the telephone number or Residential ID of the Member so that there is a potential risk of privacy infringement.
2) The ID is lewd or repugnant or may tend to undermine public morals.
3) There is any other justifiable reason.
2. The Member shall change his or her member information by using "Account Management" or any other relevant pages linked by the menu, and shall be liable for any damage caused by a failure to do so.

Article 10. Assignment and Management of ID

1. The Company shall assign a ID and Password to the Member as specified in the Agreement.
2. The Member shall be responsible for the maintenance of the ID and Password, and shall be liable for any disadvantage in the use of the Service caused by negligence and any illicit exploitation of the Service by a third party, and in no event shall the Company be liable for these.
3. The Member shall be able to view "Account Management" in the Service page or any other information page linked by the menu, and change the information on the page at any time. However, some information that is indispensable to the management of the Service - such as Name, Residential ID, ID, and Gender-shall not be subject to modification.
4. Any other issues regarding member information management and change shall follow the Company's service policy.

Article 11. Information Provision

1. The Company shall use its best endeavors to provide useful information to the Member, and the information shall be provided in various forms.
2. The Member shall be provided with information based on his/her own selections and the provision of information shall be discontinued at his/her choice if the Member no longer wishes to receive such information.
Article 12. Service Charges and Policy

1. All the services shall be provided to the Member free of charge.
Article 13. Service Hours

1. In principle, the Service shall be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2. However, the Service may be interrupted for reasons of business, technical or communication errors, or regular inspection.
3. The Member shall be notified of any anticipated service interruption in advance, and of the cause of any service disruption resulting from exceptional errors after the event.
Article 14. Obligations of the Member

1. The Member shall be prohibited from doing any of the following:
¨ç Entering false information in the membership application or change
¨è Illicitly changing information posted in the Service
¨é Infringing the personal or property rights of a third party or interrupting the conduct of business
¨ê Illegally using another Member's ID
¨ë Disclosing or posting information damaging to public morals
¨ì Transmitting or posting information (such as a computer program) that is banned from being transmitted or posted according to the relevant laws
¨í Posting an article or sending an email purporting to be from the Service Administrator or illegally/falsely using another name
¨î Posting or sending via email a file containing a software virus, or other computer code or program designed to disrupt the normal operation of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment
¨ï Harassing another user e.g. by stalking them
¨ð Collecting, storing, or disclosing the personal information of another user without their consent
¨ñ Using the Service for profit by placing an advertisement/promotion or transmitting spam mail to one or more unspecified persons
¨ò Any activities that violate the regulations on the use of other services specified in the Agreement
2. The Company shall be able to restrict, block, or cancel the membership, as appropriate, of any Member conducting any activity described in the above clause (Article 14.1)
3. The User shall be liable for any damage caused by him/her and incurred to the Service or any other user.

Article 15. Obligations of the Company

1. The Company shall use its best endeavors to provide a continuous and stable service to users, except in the event of occurrences specified in this Agreement, or in any other exceptional circumstance.
2. Without any specific cause, the Company shall do its best to enhance user convenience.
3. The Company shall not without prior consent reveal, disclose or distribute the personal information of the Member to a third party.
4. The Company shall not use the personal information of the Member for any commercial purposes other than the Service-related business. However there shall be an exception in the event that a government organization makes a request according to the relevant laws.

Article 16. Reparation and Settlement of Disputes

1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damage incurred to the Member in relation to the use of the Service.
2. In the event that a lawsuit is filed, the dispute in relation to the use of the Service shall be settled in the Court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

[Bylaw] The Agreement shall enter into effect from March 21, 2005.
